Graphic and Creative Designer

Overview

In this role you will create impactful visuals for Laureus World Sports Awards, Laureus Sport for Good Foundation, and Richemont events. You will craft branding, event materials, and digital assets across social and corporate channels, ensuring on-brand quality. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver timely, high-standard outputs. This is an opportunity to shape how Laureus and Richemont present themselves across global events with a focus on heritage and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Produce visual assets for events and activations across Laureus and Richemont-related events
• Design branding, signage, collateral, and digital assets for multiple channels (print and digital)
• Create social media graphics for Instagram and Facebook
• Develop templates for pitch and sales presentations
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines for Laureus and Laureus Sport for Good Foundation
• Collaborate with commercial, communications, and event teams
• Coordinate with external vendors (printers, production houses, freelance designers) to ensure quality and timely delivery

Key requirements

• Previous graphic design experience (agency, events, consumer, or media)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong typography understanding
• Knowledge of print production and digital design best practices
• Financial oversight experience (optional)
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational ability in fast-paced environments
