Associate Engineer – Mechanical or Sustainability (Building Services)

Overview

As an Associate Engineer, you will lead an established team in our Birmingham office, working closely with two Directors. You will drive project delivery, manage client relationships, and mentor staff to maintain high standards. You’ll conduct technical design and advisory work, while supporting business development and fee/resource planning. This role offers a hands-on leadership position in a multidisciplinary environment with opportunities to shape project outcomes and office growth. You will be positioned at the intersection of design, client service, and team development to support the firm’s ongoing success.

Responsibilities

• Lead on projects and oversee client management
