Residential Property Lawyer – Bath – 6+ Years PQE

Overview

In this role you join a respected regional law firm in Bath to manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion. You will work within a collaborative team, supported by conveyancing staff and a remote network, contributing to planning and business development. You’ll handle freehold/leasehold sales, remortgages and transfers of equity while upholding high professional standards and client care. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Oversee remortgages and transfers of equity
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
• Supervise and support junior team members
• Contribute to departmental planning, business development and knowledge sharing
• Support a collaborative and ambitious team culture
• Maintain high professional standards and client care

Key requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge across all conveyancing stages
• Confidence managing a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and goal-oriented mindset
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Motivation, organization and proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently from a regional office while collaborating with a remote team
