Residential Property Solicitor

Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Fee EarnerLocation: Braintree, Brighton, Chelmsford or Hornchurch (Office-Based)Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: From £45,000 + performance-related bonus (DOE)The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (3+ PQE) to join a well-established multi-office firm. You will manage your own busy residential conveyancing caseload, handling approximately 25–35 new instructions per month, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Files from instruction through to post-completion

You will work within a supportive and collaborative team while maintaining responsibility for your own matters.

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Interested in building relationships with local agents and introducers
