Overview
As a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor in Bristol, you will handle a varied caseload within a leading national firm’s Property Litigation team. You’ll work closely with senior lawyers on telecoms, development, landlord-tenant, and rights of light disputes, delivering high-quality advisory and litigation work. The role offers exposure to top-tier matters and strong long-term career prospects in a collaborative, ambitious environment. You will contribute to complex disputes for a diverse client base, including public bodies, developers, and investors. Responsibilities
- Handle a broad caseload in real estate disputes, including telecoms and development-related issues
- Advise on commercial landlord and tenant matters and rights of light
- Work on misrepresentation, breach of contract, and frustration claims
- Draft pleadings, opinions, and case strategy with senior lawyers
- Collaborate within a high-performing team to meet client expectations
- Engage with a varied client base including public bodies, developers, landlords, occupiers and investors
Key requirements
- 1+ years’ PQE in real estate or commercial litigation with property exposure
- Strong technical ability and genuine interest in property disputes
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team
- Proactive, commercially minded approach
