Responsibilities

• Handle high-value claims against construction professionals as the defendant
• Provide advice on pre- and post-litigation matters including adjudication, arbitration, risk management and coverage
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex cases
• Maintain and develop client relationships and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner

Key requirements

• 1-4 PQE in construction litigation
• Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in insurance litigation is desirable but not essential
