Responsibilities

  • Development work for developers, operators, funders and investors
  • Advising public and private sector clients on housing, local government, health, higher education and financial services property matters
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property documents
  • Managing client expectations and KPIs
  • Ensuring matters progress efficiently and proactively
  • Delivering clear, commercial advice aligned to client objectives
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Key requirements

  • Qualified solicitor at NQ level with property-related training experience
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
