In this Real Estate Solicitor role, you will handle a broad mix of property work for a top UK firm, from development projects to landlord and tenant matters, supporting a busy Bristol team. You will help grow the firm’s profile by building client relationships and driving revenue and profitability. You’ll manage transactions end-to-end and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to national growth and market share. • Manage end-to-end property transactions for a range of clients
• Supervise and mentor junior team members to deliver transactions
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue and profitability

Key requirements

• At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience from a large regional or city firm
