Overview
In this role you will manage a diverse private client caseload, including wills, LPAs, trusts, and estate administration, while supporting Court of Protection matters. Responsibilities
- Draft wills, powers of attorney, and trusts
- Handle estate administration and related tax issues
- Support clients with Court of Protection matters
- Manage a varied caseload with attention to detail
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality client service
Key requirements
- At least 3 years of PQE
- Experience in wills, probate, LPAs, and estate administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
