Head Breakfast Chef – Fast-Paced Café Lead (5:30am-3:30pm)

Embassy Cafe is hiring a Breakfast Head Chef to lead our busy morning service, cooking high-quality breakfast dishes and overseeing kitchen prep to a consistently excellent standard.

You will set up the breakfast station by 6am, oversee the transition to lunch prep, manage stock and hygiene, and perform under pressure during peak morning rushes while ensuring punctuality and a smooth operation for the day ahead.
