Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of real estate and construction–related litigation matters
- Handle construction-related property disputes, breaches of contract and covenant matters
- Address defects, delays and professional negligence claims
- Advise on strategy, risk and resolution options
- Liaise with surveyors, experts, contractors and other professionals
- Support a collaborative and ambitious team culture
- Maintain high professional standards and compliance
Key requirements
- 2+ years PQE in construction or commercial litigation
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence managing matters independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
