In this senior Employment Law role, you provide expert advisory and strategic guidance to a busy team across complex claimant and respondent matters. You’ll support colleagues, build strong client relationships, and uphold best practices in employment litigation within a collaborative, national-footprint firm. The position offers hybrid working and exposure to diverse clients including insurers and businesses, with a focus on shaping technical solutions and development of the department. Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX lawyer or equivalent
