• Lease drafting and negotiation for landlords and tenants
• Acting on property acquisitions and disposals
• Property leasing, management, and disposals for local authorities and public bodies
• Providing property support for corporate acquisitions and tenders
• Handling complex, high-value transactions across investment, finance, asset management and corporate support
