Responsibilities

  • Assist partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload of litigation matters
  • Contribute to contentious trusts and probate and commercial disputes
  • Handle day-to-day file management with appropriate supervision

Key requirements

  • 0-5 years PQE in litigation
  • Practical, proactive approach to resolving disputes
  • Ideally some experience in contentious trusts and probate (not essential)
