Responsibilities
- handle a broad range of real estate transactions with public sector elements
- support large-scale development schemes, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord-tenant work
- consider procurement, subsidy, and related regulatory issues in transactions
- build and maintain client relationships with cross-functional collaboration
- contribute to business development and client events
- mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the team
- participate in knowledge sharing and maintaining expertise in the specialty area
- work across local and national matters with opportunity for client contact
Key requirements
- qualified solicitor with right to practice in England and Wales
- minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- strong technical understanding across a broad range of real estate transactions
- ability to work independently and manage unique transactions
