You will handle purchases, sales, acquisitions, leases and related documentation, while developing client relationships across public and private sectors. Responsibilities

  • Assisting and leading on purchases, sales and acquisitions
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, licences, transfers, deeds and related documents
  • Advising on mixed-use development matters
  • Undertaking due diligence including title review, enquiries and searches
  • Liaising with clients, opposing solicitors and third-party professionals
  • Obtaining indemnity insurance quotes and coordinating with brokers
  • Conducting legal research and preparing reports
  • Attending client meetings and contributing to client discussions
  • Participating in business development and client engagement activities

Key requirements

  • 1-5 years PQE in commercial property or real estate
  • Experience at a reputable national or regional firm
  • Strong technical competence with a commercial approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain complex matters clearly
  • Confident, professional with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a busy team
