Facilities Supervisor: Lead Training & Safety

York Teaching Hospital is seeking a flexible Facilities Supervisor in Bridlington to lead the facilities team. You will develop staff, organise training, ensure standards set by the Facilities Manager are met, and manage rotas and annual leave.

You will support health and safety, handle HR issues at initial level, and supervise stock, while we encourage flexible working wherever possible. Full training provided.
