Associate Director – Property Management Surveyor – Mixed-Use

Overview

In this role you will lead the strategic and day-to-day management of a portfolio of complex, mixed-use estates, acting as the primary relationship manager for clients and key stakeholders. You will drive operational excellence, monitor financial performance, and ensure exceptional customer experience across commercial, residential, retail, leisure and public realm environments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional Savills teams to deliver placemaking and value creation, with a clear hook around managing high-profile regeneration assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex mixed-use estates and large multi-stakeholder developments
• Cultivate and maintain senior client and stakeholder relationships
• Prepare and deliver client reporting and oversee PMA renewals
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance across portfolios
• Identify opportunities to add value and improve asset performance
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across property management, facilities management, engineering and residential functions
• Drive placemaking, occupier engagement and community-led initiatives
• Ensure excellent customer experience and operational excellence across the portfolio

Key requirements

• Experience managing complex mixed-use estates or major destination assets
• Strong understanding of interaction between commercial and residential property management
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and influence stakeholders
• Experience delivering placemaking, occupier engagement and community-led initiatives
• Commercially astute with focus on long-term asset value creation
• Confident in leading multidisciplinary teams across PM, FM, engineering and residential functions
