Overview

In this role you apply deep Fixed Income expertise to help clients maximize Bloomberg’s terminal and enterprise solutions. You will act as a market advisor, translating complex macro and yield dynamics into practical client guidance and revenue opportunities. You’ll map the competitive landscape, influence product direction with client insights, and drive cross‑functional initiatives. The role combines senior client engagement with thought leadership to strengthen Bloomberg’s position in European emerging markets. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, meritocratic environment that rewards impact and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Apply market experience and macro knowledge to generate revenue for Bloomberg’s terminal and Enterprise solutions
• Advise clients on challenges and how Bloomberg tools address them
• Understand competitor landscape and its impact on clients and internal teams
• Influence product direction through thought leadership and client relationships
• Create and maintain a personal initiatives roadmap aligned with product, sales, and company goals
• Participate in new projects driving departmental and firm-wide initiatives
• Seek opportunities to mentor, train, run campaigns, and contribute to product enhancements

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in Fixed Income markets and macroeconomic analysis
• 10–15+ years of relevant buy-side or sell-side experience
• Strong practical experience with Bloomberg Terminal or similar platform
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate market concepts for diverse audiences
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across Emerging Europe (6–9 nights per month)
• Business fluency in a major Eastern European language is advantageous but not required
