Youth Mentor for SEN/SEMH – Community Engagement

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings beyond traditional classrooms.

This role focuses on building trust, monitoring progress, and reporting safeguarding concerns while collaborating with families, professionals and regional teams to create safe, engaging learning experiences. Flexible opportunities and DBS checks are part of the role.
