Commercial Heating Engineer

Overview

In this role you will maintain and repair commercial heating systems and plant rooms across London and Greater London. You will work within a large facilities team delivering both planned and reactive maintenance for sites such as offices and schools. Your expertise will help ensure safe, reliable heating operations in a multi-site environment. Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial heating systems and plant rooms
• Cover sites across London and Greater London, including travel to central London
• Manage maintenance tasks to ensure reliability and safety of heating infrastructure
• Collaborate with the facilities team to coordinate maintenance activities
• Utilize relevant gas safety standards and certifications during work
• Report issues and follow up on outcomes to minimize downtime

Key requirements

• Experience as a Commercial Heating Engineer
• Holding current commercial gas certificates
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel into central London
• FGas certificate (advantage)
