Senior HR Business Partnering Lead

Meridian Trust is seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering to lead the HRBP service across the Trust. Based across Bedfordshire schools with travel to Sawtry Head Office, you will provide strategic leadership to employee relations, workforce planning and the People Strategy.

The role requires senior HR experience in complex organisations, strong employment law knowledge, and the ability to translate policy into practical solutions while coaching HR colleagues and building trusted relationships
