Banking & Finance Associate Solicitor – Cardiff

Overview

In this role you support major financial institutions and lenders from a Cardiff base, working on a broad spectrum of funding transactions. You collaborate with corporate and property teams to deliver complex deals, focusing on acquisition, property, and asset-based lending, as well as restructuring and refinancing. You will prepare facility agreements and related docs, participate in client meetings, and coordinate with overseas counsel. Responsibilities

• Support major lenders across funding transactions
• Advise on acquisition finance, property finance, asset-based lending, restructuring and refinancing
• Prepare and negotiate facility agreements and related documentation
• Participate in transactions and client meetings; coordinate with overseas counsel

Key requirements

• at least 2 years PQE in Banking/Finance
• strong knowledge of banking law
