Location: Trafford Park, Manchestern Salary: Up to £30,000 FTE (pro rata)n Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

n Our client, a well-established business based in Trafford Park, is seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised finance professional looking for a part-time position within a supportive and fast-paced environment successful candidate will be available to start immediately and will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function.

n Key Responsibilities

n

n
• Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently

n

• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

n

• Supplier statement reconciliations

n

• Bank reconciliations

n

• Allocating payments and receipts

n

• Assisting with payment runs

n

• Handling finance-related queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders

n

• Supporting month-end processes

n

• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

n

• General finance and accounting support as required

n

n

Person Specification

n

n
• Previous experience working within an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger or similar role

n

• Strong understanding of transactional finance processes

n

• Good working knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

n

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

n

• Strong communication and organisational skills

n

• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines

n

• Available to start immediately or at short notice

n

n
