Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters
• Handle a broad range of contentious property issues
• Advise private clients, corporates, retailers, landowners, developers and investors
• Work with appropriate supervision while independently managing matters
• Engage directly with clients from early stages
• Contribute to growth and long-term success of the Property Litigation team

Key requirements

• 1-5 years PQE in property litigation
• Experience in disputes involving development land (including telecoms), property contracts, and landlord/tenant matters (dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, breach of covenant)
• Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confidence in managing matters independently while seeking guidance when needed
• Proactive, commercially aware, client-focused mindset
