In this role you will lead a high-quality residential property caseload for a respected Bristol law firm. You will manage freehold and leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, and complex, high-value matters, providing clear guidance to clients. You’ll support the Bristol office’s growth and uphold excellent client service and professional standards. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases)
• Handle transfers of equity and remortgages
• Tackle complex, high-value, bespoke transactions
• Provide clear, expert client guidance throughout the process
• Support growth and development of the Bristol office
• Maintain high levels of client care and professional standards

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Experience at Senior Associate or Partner level
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex matters independently
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive, organized, and commercially aware approach
• Confidence handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with legal case management systems
