You will standardise controls across offices, improve cash realisation, and optimise the revenue lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the full revenue lifecycle (time recording, billing, collections, write-offs, revenue recognition)
  • Establish global standards, policies, and controls across offices and jurisdictions
  • Drive continuous improvement in revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement global billing and collections strategies to maximise cash flow
  • Proactively manage aged debt and resolve billing challenges with regional leadership
  • Provide strategic insight to partners on billing practices and matter profitability
  • Monitor and report on key revenue KPIs (utilisation, billing, collections, lock-up)
  • Act as trusted adviser to senior management on revenue-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls, oversee credit risk

Key requirements

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent (professional qualification) preferred
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role in revenue control, finance, or commercial finance within an international law firm or professional services
  • Experience with global remit and multi-jurisdictional teams
  • Proven track record leading global or multi-country teams
  • Experience with Elite 3E and CreditForce preferred
  • Deep understanding of law firm economics, including partner structures and client engagement dynamics
