Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of family law matters (divorce, financial remedies, children work)
- Supporting fee-earners and contributing to departmental initiatives
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and other professionals
- Attending external business development events (target: 1 per month)
- Participating in team meetings and firm-wide projects
- Strengthening client relationships and promoting the firm’s reputation
- Ensuring a safe and productive working environment
Key requirements
- 2-5 years PQE in family law
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
