Overview

In this role you drive the end-to-end product strategy and scaling of new offerings within Thoughtworks’ CXPD line. You partner with client leadership to identify opportunities, shape value propositions, and guide products from concept to market. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, advocate lean, hypothesis-driven development, and craft go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business impact. This is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on innovation, client advisory, and building repeatable practices at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor to client leadership, translating context into actionable product recommendations and hands-on guidance from concept to scale
  • Drive innovation lifecycle using lean, hypothesis-driven methods to pilot high-value products
  • Define market landscape, GTM strategy, and business case/economic model for opportunities
  • Lead stakeholders to frame problems around customer outcomes and transition to empowered product teams
  • Shape and deliver client engagements efficiently while aligning with Thoughtworks’ operational standards
  • Contribute to CXPD value propositions, content, case studies, and repeatable practices for scale
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, proposals, and client education on the value of services
  • Support growth through recruiting, community building, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading ideas from concept to launch and scale, with GTM strategy and new revenue development
  • Experience in commercial/economic modelling and monetisation strategy
  • Experience scaling an innovation mindset across an organisation and sustaining investment
  • Depth in research, market trends, and insights to drive strategic ideation for growth
  • Strong ability to develop value propositions and use lean methods to validate problem-solution fit
  • Data-driven problem solving with structured quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Ability to define and execute strategy at company/portfolio/product levels with measurable outcomes
  • Advisory experience helping clients become value-driven, customer-centric product organisations
  • End-to-end product development lifecycle expertise; familiarity with agile and lean practices
  • C-suite relationship building
