In this role, you will lead key client relationships within the pension administration and employee benefits space, guiding complex, technical discussions at trustee level. You will ensure delivery against agreed service priorities and balance multiple client projects with internal obligations. The role sits in a growing team that values progression, technical guidance, and strategic oversight. You will work across London, Guildford or Amersham on a hybrid basis, shaping client service and contributing to the firm’s client-centric growth. Responsibilities
- Deliver service within agreed priorities and Client needs
- Allocate and manage workloads to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Provide technical guidance to clients and respond to complex issues
- Communicate with clients at senior level and act as a sounding board for trustee boards
- Manage projects and balance multiple client deliverables with internal obligations
Key requirements
- Significant client-facing experience at a senior level within pension administration
- Desirable professional qualification in pensions or business (APMI/FPMI or equivalent)
- Team player with management capabilities
- Strong commercial awareness and budgetary control experience
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Effective written and oral communication, with developing presentation skills
