Overview

In this role you will foster carrier partnerships for FINEX lines in Great Britain, delivering data analytics, reporting, and advocacy to enhance carriers’ propositions. You’ll work with the FINEX and FMS teams globally to ensure accurate data, service levels, and informed decision-making that supports revenue growth and market alignment. You will present insights to carriers and internal stakeholders, shaping the client experience and expanding cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with FINEX-carrier clients to monitor quoting, placement, policy production, and claims service against agreed SLAs
  • Attend regular client meetings and provide detailed reports and analyses to demonstrate performance and value
  • Develop deep knowledge of FINEX products and insurance services, collaborating with placing/claims teams to optimise client propositions
  • Analyze, interpret, and present client reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with FINEX team colleagues to understand strategic changes and adapt client appetite accordingly
  • Engage with FMS colleagues in Mumbai and Ipswich to monitor financials, budgets, and analytical data
  • Coordinate with the global FMS team to ensure data integrity and consistent service delivery across regions

Key requirements

  • Solid years of industry experience in a client-facing/broking role
  • Knowledge of financial lines insurance, markets, and products (ability to learn quickly)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven excellence in client relationship management and service delivery
  • Ability to analyze, present, and interpret detailed analytical data and client reports
  • Understanding of insurance principles, broking and underwriting; capable of resolving conflicts without harming client relations
  • Problem-solving mindset with autonomy or teamwork; able to meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of industry-specific market analysis systems and technologies
  • Multinational teamwork awareness and cultural sensitivity; high attention to detail and quality
