Overview
As Digital Communications Manager, you will lead Primark’s corporate website and social channels to tell our business story with a digital-first approach. You will shape the corporate digital strategy, oversee a new website development, and ensure engaging content that resonates with media, investors and stakeholders. You’ll work with the Head of Communications to deliver high-impact campaigns and trusted strategic guidance to senior leaders. This role combines team leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and innovative digital storytelling to advance our corporate affairs priorities.

Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve Primark’s corporate digital presence, ensuring audience-focused content aligned to business priorities
- Oversee development and optimisation of the corporate website, driving UX, performance and content effectiveness
- Define and deliver the strategy for corporate social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn growth and engagement
- Develop compelling content and integrated campaigns supporting key corporate affairs priorities and stakeholder audiences
- Drive innovation across digital communications with new tools and formats to boost reach and impact
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, offering strategic guidance on digital communications and content
- Lead and develop a small digital communications team while collaborating with internal teams, markets and agencies
- Champion digital best practices and a data-driven approach across Corporate Affairs
Key requirements
- 10+ years in digital communications, preferably for a consumer-facing brand in a corporate setting
- Experience managing a corporate website and overseeing a new website development
- Proven track record delivering digital content and campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience managing agencies and leading a small team
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines/priorities
