Overview

In this role you will lead user research and design end-to-end, accessible digital experiences that improve website performance and conversion. You’ll translate insights into user journeys and UI components within a design system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with CX standards. The position emphasizes data-driven UX, experimentation, and iterative optimization to grow engagement across the digital ecosystem. You will shape how customers interact with our web products in a way that supports the company’s mission of reliable analytical tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive UX research (interviews, surveys, usability studies) to identify user needs and actionable insights
  • Translate research and business requirements into journeys, wireframes, and prototypes aligned with CX guidelines
  • Develop and evolve UI/UX deliverables (low/high-fidelity builds, components) within Figma and design systems
  • Analyze website/Product performance using GA, Hotjar, session recordings, heatmaps, and VOC to drive iterative optimization
  • Collaborate with web product management, developers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and production-ready specifications
  • Facilitate workshops and reviews to communicate design decisions and influence strategy
  • Champion user-first thinking, contribute to experimentation and design system evolution and adoption

Key requirements

  • Significant hands-on experience in UX/UI or Product Build with end-to-end ownership
  • Proven background in user research and usability testing with synthesis into actionable recommendations
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX flows, design systems, visual craft, and measurable impact
  • Strong proficiency with Figma (components, variants, design systems) and prototyping tools
  • Experience working with product management, engineers, and SMEs to ensure feasibility and consistency
  • Solid grounding in user-centered build principles, accessibility, IA, and agile/iterative ways of working
  • Experience developing design systems and reusable components across multiple UX fields
