Overview

In this Senior Digital Designer role at JKR, you will shape brand-led digital experiences from discovery to delivery. You’ll work within the London studio to craft distinctive UI systems that fuse brand storytelling with user needs, while mentoring colleagues and guiding projects. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end solutions and inspire clients with thoughtful, craft-focused design. Responsibilities

• Balance user needs with brand storytelling
• Design distinctive UI systems translating brand identities into digital interfaces, with interaction, motion, and detail
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategists, creatives, developers, and clients
• Shape experiences end-to-end from research to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI design
• Inspire and mentor designers, sharing knowledge and elevating the team’s digital craft

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Digital Designer (agency or product) with a strong multi-platform portfolio
• Clear demonstration of discovery phases informing digital direction
• Sharp eye for UI craft including design systems, templating, and atomic design
• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Miro; comfortable with collaboration tools
• Experience with motion/animation tools (After Effects, Jitter) to enhance UX
• Track record of mentoring, presenting, and influencing clients and colleagues
