Interim Income Officer – Social Housing Arrears Expert

Oyster Partnership is assisting a Housing Association in North London to appoint an Interim Income Officer on an initial 3-month contract with hybrid working. The role focuses on rent arrears management across General Needs and Supported Housing, covering the full income recovery process and court-related actions.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in income recovery, knowledge of UC & Housing Benefit, and capability to handle possession proceedings when required.
