Data Protection & Compliance Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will support the Vegner Group’s data protection and compliance activities within a UK residential property services context. You will coordinate the DSAR process, manage GDPR-related data protection tasks, and help maintain privacy policies across the business. Working with multiple teams, you will log and investigate data incidents, assist AML checks, and support ICO registrations. This role offers exposure to governance, risk, and regulatory compliance within a growing group.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end DSAR process within statutory timeframes
• Coordinate GDPR data protection activities, log and investigate breaches, and track corrective actions
• Maintain privacy policies and procedures, including version control and stakeholder approvals
• Provide administrative AML support, including ID&V and sanctions screening
• Assist with ICO registration process in collaboration with Legal Administration
• Generate monthly reports on DSARs, data breaches, policy activity, AML checks, and ICO registrations
