Senior Care Lead — Dementia & Residential Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in delivering personalised dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care. You will plan, implement and review care plans, ensuring residents’ dignity and independence are respected.

You’ll support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, administer medications, and maintain accurate records while fostering compassionate, person-centred care. A Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ is expected with progression toward Level 3.
