Senior Information Security Analyst

Overview

In this role you will help strengthen Cirrus Logic’s security posture across corporate and engineering environments. You will partner with Security, IT, and engineering teams to implement scalable security solutions aligned with the company roadmap. You’ll design secure infrastructure and controls, lead incident response activities, and report findings to leadership. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise security in a fast-paced, hybrid environment and contribute to a broader security program with real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Security, IT, and engineering teams to strengthen security across multiple domains
• Contribute to the security program focusing on risk evaluation and scalable solutions
• Design and evaluate secure infrastructure, architectures, and processes aligned with the business roadmap
• Develop and implement security requirements, policies, and procedures
• Participate in detection and incident response activities (investigation, containment, remediation)
• Conduct hands-on evaluation and administration of enterprise security tools with Security and IT
• Assess security posture and drive secure design/configuration across mixed environments
• Prepare clear, actionable reporting on findings, risks, and mitigation for stakeholders and leadership

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience across multiple cybersecurity domains (vulnerability management, incident response, IAM, network security, risk analysis, security operations, security engineering)
• Proven track record as a senior individual contributor in a complex enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience designing secure solutions and partnering with infrastructure and engineering teams
• Deep familiarity with enterprise security tools (endpoint protection, vulnerability management, logging or SIEM)
• Experience with AI security and governance (policy, risk, enablement of monitoring, detection, and response)
• Experience leading or contributing to incident response and threat-driven initiatives
• Strong executive communication skills for engagement with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Working knowledge of security frameworks and governance concepts (NIST CSF, ISO 27000, FAIR, privacy requirements)
