Overview

As the Global Strategic Insights and Forecasting Partner, you will drive data‑driven decision making by delivering market insights, forecasting analytics, and strategic inputs for brand planning and long‑range planning. You will collaborate with the Asset Team and global functions to shape current and future business strategy, synthesize diverse data sources, and support governance with robust evidence. You’ll work across cross‑functional stakeholders to enhance market understanding and growth opportunities. This role offers impact through cross‑border analytics and strategic advisory.

Responsibilities

  • Propose and lead market research projects aligned with Asset Team priorities
  • Develop and manage the annual market research plan across therapeutic area
  • Monitor execution and resolve research challenges with vendors
  • Communicate research results to brand strategies and country rollouts
  • Lead performance analytics, including situational analysis and KPI implementation
  • Triangulate primary/secondary data and competitive intelligence into a single source of truth
  • Consolidate internal/external data for decision making and improve monitoring tools
  • Coordinate data inputs for sales forecasts, NPV evaluations, and business cases
  • Maintain the Knowledge Management Tool with up‑to‑date content and tagging
  • Foster stakeholder management with global/local teams and IT to meet analytics needs
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors and drive cross‑functional collaboration
  • Support governance bodies with data‑driven evidence for portfolio discussions

Key requirements

  • 8–10 years in pharma industry or life‑science consulting
  • Proven track record in business intelligence, market research and forecasting
  • Extensive knowledge of specialty care markets
  • MSc or PhD in relevant fields
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Experience with cross‑functional collaboration across global/local affiliates
  • Ability to develop and challenge strategic plans using data
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance monitoring
  • Knowledge of market data providers and competitive intelligence
  • Experience with budgeting, planning processes and governance support
