🧪 What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading QA & QC functions across a busy manufacturing site
- Driving improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Managing frequent customer and regulatory audits
- Embedding a stronger, more structured quality culture
- Partnering closely with Production to balance quality and output
- Supporting the site as it moves toward more complex, higher-value products
- Strong background in GMP, ISO quality environments
- Experience leading quality within a manufacturing site
- Proven ability to improve systems and raise standards
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A hands-on leader who can influence, challenge, and collaborate
