Overview

As a Consultant in a fast-growing boutique advisory, you deliver high-impact client engagements across transactions, transformation and performance improvement. You work with senior stakeholders on multiple assignments, contributing to both strategic and operational finance initiatives. You’ll combine financial analysis, modelling and commercial insight to support client outcomes, while building lasting relationships in a dynamic, client-facing environment. This role offers exposure to diverse projects, clear progression, and a collaborative culture that values practical financial and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Supporting client projects across transactions, financial modelling and business transformation
• Producing high-quality financial analysis, forecasts, and reporting insights
• Assisting with commercial initiatives such as cost optimisation and performance improvement
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing engagements
• Contributing to project delivery from planning through execution

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant with experience in practice, advisory or industry
• Commercially aware, analytical, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ACA from Top 15 firms or industry-trained ACCA/CIMA with FP&A, modelling or graduate scheme backgrounds (sector open)
• ACA with additional experience in M&A, transactional finance or corporate finance
