Software Development Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead a 10+ person engineering team at a world-renowned software house in London, shaping architecture and product plans for a brand-new range of products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into deliverables and steer technical direction in a semi-remote environment. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of 10+ engineers
• Shape architecture and future product plans
• Coordinate cross-functional work with stakeholders
• Gather and articulate customer requirements to the team
• Drive delivery and quality in a semi-remote setup

Key requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or similar
• Strong background in C++ development or related modelling industries
• 4+ years of Project Lead or Team Lead experience
• Experience liaising with customers on requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
