  • Tomonitoranypersonnelchangeofourcustomers.
  • ToconductregularcompliancecheckandKYCcheckwhenrequired.
  • ToupdatePolicy&Procedurewhennecessary.
  • Tomanagesubscriptionstatusandprepareapplicationsforinternalapprovalsforrenewal.
  • Toassistdatagatheringforresearchandanalysisinrelationtolendingbusiness.
  • ToprovidegeneraladministrativesupporttoallmembersoftheDepartmentincluding,butnotlimitedto,photocopying,filing,recordkeeping,mailing,scheduling,andmessaging.

AdministrativeAssistant-TheSkillsYou’llNeedtoSucceed:

  • MusthaveanexperienceofworkingatfinancialinstitutionsinJapan.
  • Workingexperiencewithateaminatimepressingenvironmentisdesirable.
