Patient Rights Advisor: Advice, Support & Outreach

Citizens Advice Edinburgh is seeking a Patient Adviser to provide direct advice and information to clients about patient rights and NHS services within the PASS framework. You will support bureaux volunteers to deliver accurate information and assist with monitoring and reporting.

The role involves liaising with external organisations to maximise the efficiency of PASS, contributing to newsletters and marketing activities, and ensuring advice is accessible via telephone, email and webchat.
