Groundworks Quantity Surveyor – Norwich | £60k-£70k

Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks) to join a busy East Anglia-based contractor’s commercial team in Norwich. You will manage daily commercial functions from measurement, valuations and applications for payment to final accounts, with exposure to groundworks packages.

Working on projects from tender through to completion, you will contribute to pre-tender pricing, BOQs and cost control while supporting career progression toward commercial leadership.
