As Electrical Site Manager, you will lead on-site electrical delivery for a high-profile Stratford development, ensuring works are safe, on time, and of top quality. You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client reps to uphold design intent and programme milestones. The role combines hands-on site leadership with QA, safety culture, and coordination across trades to deliver a seamless handover. Responsibilities

• Manage all electrical site activities for a 76m development in Stratford
• supervise electrical teams and specialist subcontractors (containment, cabling, LV systems, lighting, fire alarms)
• ensure works align with drawings, specs, and programme milestones
• monitor progress and coordinate to maintain schedules
• promote and enforce health & safety across electrical works
• conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure regulatory compliance
• coordinate with project managers, design teams, and other trades to resolve issues
• maintain strict quality control and meet standards
• assist in method statements and risk assessments
• maintain site records including daily reports, progress updates, and QA docs
• support testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems
