Senior Insolvency Solicitor role in a Hampshire-based, growth-focused practice. You will lead a broad insolvency and restructuring portfolio, including plans, CVAs, liquidations, and advisory work for directors, lenders, and insolvency practitioners. Responsibilities

• Advise on contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters
• Oversee restructuring plans, CVAs, and liquidations
• Provide advisory support to directors, lenders, and IPs
• Grow the team and client network through business development
• Shape and lead the market-leading insolvency practice

Key requirements

• Experience in restructuring and insolvency law
• Senior level PQE with 5+ years preferred
• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships
• Autonomy and leadership in a growth-focused role
