Through Care Social Worker (Hybrid)

Rutland Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Through Care Team. You will work with children looked after and care leavers, conducting assessments, statutory visits, and direct work to promote stability and independence.

The role includes developing and reviewing Care Plans and Pathway Plans, and supporting young people toward adulthood. The successful candidate will hold a recognised Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
