Production Operator – Days

Job Description:

Our client one of the UK’s leading independent glass and glazing businesses with over 45 years of experience are seeking a production operative to join their days team, based in Plymouth, Devon.

What we offer:

• £13 per hour
• Monday – Friday – 06:45am -16:00pm
• Temp – Perm after 12 consecutive weeks
• Holiday pay accrued
• Weekly pay

The role:

• Operate machinery and equipment involved in the glass manufacturing process.
• Cut, process, and assemble glass units to customer specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet high standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all health & safety guidelines and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle or be able to get there on foot.
• Have safety boots and work wear.
• Must have a hand on and a willing to learn approach.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
