Special Needs Passenger Escort & Mobility Assistant

HATS Group is seeking a dedicated escort and assistant to support clients with special needs during daily journeys, boarding and alighting vehicles, and ensuring safety and wellbeing throughout. The role involves working outdoors in various weather on a fleet of accessible vehicles.

Candidates must have good written and spoken English and hold a valid DBS. You will report to the Controller, follow schedules, and adapt to flexible hours (07:00-09:00 and 14:30-16:30).
